FAQ’s
What area do you cover? - I am North Tyneside based but I am able to travel to Newcastle, South Tyneside, Gateshead and south Northumberland.
When will my photos be ready? - Within 4 days of your photo shoot I will send you 2-4 preview, watermarked photos giving you a sneak peak of what’s to come. You are more than welcome to share these photos with friends, family and on social media. I will most likely ask you if I can share them on my social media pages. Within 2-3 weeks of your photo shoot I will send you your gallery to choose your final photos from (amount specific to the package you choose). If you would like to purchase additional photos on top of the included images there will be an additional charge - prices provided with gallery.
Do you have props and do I have to/can I use them? - I currently have a small number of props and wraps for you to use should you wish too. These photos are for you and it is ultimately your choice should you wish to use any. If you have any special teddies, blankets, outfits etc that you would like to include please let me know and we can definitely incorporate them into the shoot. Cancellation policy - as a parent myself I know how unpredictable little ones can be. On booking your photo shoot I will ask for a refundable deposit if you cancel more than 2 days before the photo shoot date. If you need to rearrange the photoshoot please let me know as soon as possible and I will let you know my earliest availability.
Do you offer gift vouchers? - yes, all my packages are available as gift vouchers which are valid for 6 months. Please get in touch if you wish to purchase one and I would be more then happy to help you.
What format will my photos be in and what are my rights to them? - your final photo gallery will include your chosen images in high quality, digital format, un-watermarked and print ready. You will own the rights to the photos you receive in your gallery so can therefore do as you please with them turning them into canvas, mugs, photo prints and more if you wish too. RAW photos will never be provided and will remain property of the photographer who holds all rights to them.
How do you store and secure my Childs photos? - all photos are stored on a securely encrypted and password protected laptop in initialled folders so a Childs name can not be identified.
